The exact signed package requires Sense CMS Social Publishing 0.4.0. Google does not charge per upload, but the YouTube Data API is quota-limited. Public package download is not open during Google application and compliance review.

Sense CMS never uploads automatically: an editor explicitly chooses the channel, MP4 file, privacy and audience settings.
Minimum YouTube scopes
The plugin requests youtube.upload to upload the selected video and youtube.readonly only to identify the authenticated destination channel. The Google Client Secret remains only on the official Sense CMS service; customer installations store encrypted channel tokens.
Private uploads during review
New unverified YouTube API projects are restricted to private uploads. Public and unlisted publishing remain unavailable until Google completes the required compliance audit.
The initial Media Library workflow accepts MP4 files up to 80 MiB and uses resumable upload.
