A shared brand with a local voice

A growing company needs consistent information without making every update a central bottleneck. Opening hours, contacts, offers and news can differ between branches. Sense CMS gives the organisation a shared workspace while allowing authorised teams to maintain the information for their own location.

One address, a relevant local destination

A visitor enters your main website address and looks for a nearby service. As part of the deployment, we can configure routing to the nearest personalised branch website, using location permission and a manual choice when location is unavailable. The branch page then presents its own offer, news, contact details and next step. Visitors can also return directly to that branch’s address.

From a question to the right conversation

A visitor wants to know which location offers a particular service. Your chatbot can use approved company and service materials, while human support handles questions that need a personal response. The live-chat panel keeps the conversation and assigned operator together. Branch selection and support routing are configured to match the agreed workflow; choosing a branch does not itself create an automated booking.

Keep responsibilities clear

Use roles and facility-scoped access to decide who edits local pages and who maintains shared information. Prepare the language versions needed by each audience, review changes and publish deliberately. Optional calendars, notification channels and social integrations can support the team alongside the website. External accounts and provider permissions are checked for each connection.

Shape the rollout around your network

Start with representative branches and the content your visitors use most. We agree which information is shared, what stays local, which integrations are required and who owns each update. Sense CMS can run on your infrastructure or our servers. The result is a website structure and operating model fitted to your organisation, with custom work defined before implementation.
